Could this be your new challenge for 2025? The Role : Responsible for the achievement of customer excellence through delivering 'best in class' customer service. Focused on building current long-standing and new customer relationships that results in sales targets being met (or exceeded year on year), customer retention and growth. Improve internal communication and lead process improvement strategies that build stronger relationships and ultimately customer satisfaction.
Major accountabilities include but are not limited to: Customer relationships including developing customer retention plans; Change management; Commercial point of contact; Forecasting; Project management; Data analysis and reporting; Maintaining the CRM. About You: We are looking for someone who meets (and hopefully exceeds) the following criteria:
Tertiary qualifications in business or agriculture or equivalent experience (min 5 years); Demonstrable successful experience in sales/customer service environment (3 years+); Demonstrable experience of developing successful customer relationships (existing and creating new customers) evidenced by increase in sales; Computer literacy: Intermediate level Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, and Excel), Point of Sale Transactions, and financial software; Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (listening, written, and verbal), including the ability to work with a diverse range of people; Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team; Ability to problem solve, as appropriate to role and responsibility level; Excellent customer service skills – the ability to build successful relationships and to exceed a customer's expectations; Current valid driving licence; A self-starter with the ability to work successfully autonomously as well as part of a team when required; Some travel to branches may be required periodically.
