About the Role
Embark on a rewarding journey as an Asset Engineer at AGL Loy Yang, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimising life cycle costs, improving efficiency, and minimising environmental impact. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and solving problems, coordinating technical investigations, and ensuring the reliability of mine and power generation equipment. Join us in managing asset strategies, maintenance plans, and contributing to the Engineering Change process.
About You
Are you a qualified Engineer with a passion for asset management? Together with engineering experience in industrial facilities working on control system hardware and software plus a commitment to exceptional safety standards, makes you an ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Develop asset management strategies and maintenance plans. Asset integrity reviews and evaluate potential improvements. Provide technical support for control system infrastructure. Assist in developing the Capex budget through technical and commercial evaluation. Conduct fault finding across the control systems. Define outage and project scopes.
What You Bring
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering. Eligibility for Professional Engineer registration in Victoria for the area of Electrical Engineering. Experience working on large scale control systems. Strong stakeholder engagement skills across various levels and disciplines. Experience in technical investigations using root cause analysis / ICAM (desirable)
