Operating in diverse geographies, the company is known for its innovative approach to solving complex challenges, fostering a collaborative and adaptive workplace culture.DescriptionSet the foundation: create Jira workflows, dashboards, and JQL for seamless reporting and alignment across program teams.Drive agile adoption: educate project managers on running sprints, ceremonies, and delivering value through pre-planning and artifact creation.Strategise and execute: build roadmaps, lay foundational processes, and establish a clear golden thread in reporting between all program teams.Collaborate and simplify: work with dynamic teams to evolve ways of working, bringing adaptability and clarity to complex environments.ProfileExperience in heavy/resources sectorPrevious experience with legacy application transformation is highly regardedProven ability to implement agile practices across diverse teams.Someone adaptable, with a holistic approach to agile methodologies and a knack for simplifying processes in fast-moving, transitional environments.Job OfferA 6 month contract with scope for extension and flexible WFH options.This is an opportunity for a straight shooter who thrives in dynamic teams, excels under pressure, and isn't constrained by a purist mindset.
