Job Description Set the foundation: create Jira workflows, dashboards, and JQL for seamless reporting and alignment across program teams.
Drive agile adoption: educate project managers on running sprints, ceremonies, and delivering value through pre-planning and artifact creation.
Strategise and execute: build roadmaps, lay foundational processes, and establish a clear golden thread in reporting between all program teams.
Collaborate and simplify:work with dynamic teams to evolve ways of working, bringing adaptability and clarity to complex environments.
The Successful Applicant Experience in heavy/resources sector Previous experience with legacy application transformation is highly regarded Proven ability to implement agile practices across diverse teams.
Someone adaptable, with a holistic approach to agile methodologies and a knack for simplifying processes in fast-moving, transitional environments.
