The Role Atturra is looking for a permanent Agile Project Manager to work with our Cloud Business Solutions team in Canberra, to showcase their strong Agile Project Management skills to Atturra's clients.
You will be responsible for the management of multiple concurrent ICT applications projects, from initiation to closure, according to our client's project management methodology.
Atturra is seeking candidates who have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to lead technical groups along with handling critical customer issues is important for this role.
You will be tasked with evaluating end-user business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing and implementing the appropriate technical solutions.
This role will require a hybrid working arrangement in our Canberra office and or the client site as required.
Responsibilities: Facilitating the refinement and definition of project scope, based on the approved project brief and costing, with business and ICT teamsNegotiate and manage access to and performance of ICT resources across a matrixed organisationPrepare project management artefacts including ICT Delivery Plan, Project Change Requests (where required), project status reports, project financial spend phasings and forecasts, risk register, issue register and change registerFacilitate the review and approval of technical artefacts such as user/functional specificationsLead regular project status meetings involving all Agency stakeholders; andAct as the first point of contact for risks, issues and conflicts between ICT teams and between ICT and business.Role Requirements: 6-10 years of experience of Agile Project DeliveryExperience in building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and delivery teamsDemonstrated ability to promote continuous improvement of team environments using agile principlesExperience delivering applications with sound technical knowledgeDemonstrated ability to manage project objectives such as scope, budget and schedulesMust hold an active AGSVA Baseline Security ClearanceHave effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to effectively recognise and adapt to changeAbility to work independently and in a team environmentHigh level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivatedMust be able to communicate with and present to a variety of different audiencesHave strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.Highly Desirable Microsoft Dynamics 365 experiencePRINCE2 certification, PRINCE2 Agile certificationMSP CertificationOther relevant project management certificationsTechnological depth and breadth, tactical cross-skills and IP tools, we straddle the path between advice, implementation, and adoption.How to apply https://atturra.com/au-en/careers Atturra is committed to addressing the digital skills gap and advocating for diversity and inclusion.
