We're seeking an Agile Lead who will support the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things.
About the role We are seeking an experienced Agile Lead to join our Enterprise Transformation division, focusing on strategic digital delivery.
This role is integral to successfully implementing our strategic priorities to optimise client outcomes and enhance employee experience.
You will mentor, build and support cross-functional teams to deliver value while continuously improving methods.
Key responsibilities include facilitating workshops, managing agile ceremonies, maintaining a prioritised backlog, and supporting streams from a resourcing and planning perspective.
The Agile Lead will also apply human-centered design principles to ensure project success.
About the Team You will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that oversees the portfolio, program, and project delivery for the TAC.

What we're looking for Agile Expertise You will be certified in Agile Frameworks such as Scrum, SAFE, or LESS, with strong prior experience as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager.
Leadership & Mentoring Demonstrated ability to foster a high-performing culture, coach individuals and teams, and drive customer-focused solutions.
Stakeholder Management Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with experience presenting at an executive level and dealing with ambiguity and high-pressure situations.
