As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Associate Agile Delivery Manager with prior professional experience to support and grow with our development teams while championing Agile principles.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient project delivery.
You will facilitate Agile processes, improve team efficiency, and help remove impediments while maintaining alignment with project goals.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with foundational experience in engineering or project management who is ready to further develop their Agile leadership skills.
What You'll Do Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with support from senior team membersApply and promote Agile best practices while supporting teams in their delivery processesMaintain effective communication channels between product managers, developers, and stakeholdersIdentify and help resolve blockers or challenges that teams face during sprintsTrack and analyse key metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) and contribute to project status reportingFacilitate sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions, ensuring teams have clear understanding of work itemsHelp foster a collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement initiativesSupport the end-to-end delivery of projects while developing deeper expertise in Agile methodologiesOptimize team collaboration through effective use of project management and communication toolsWhat You'll Bring Scrum-certified professional (CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certification).At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar Agile role, with previous background in engineering, project management, or delivery-focused positions that showcase your understanding of technical environmentsFamiliarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices.Strong communication and facilitation skills to keep teams focused, organized, and motivated.Proficient in project management tools such as JiraA collaborative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering impactful results.A Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computing, or Business is advantageous but not required.Core values required of all Simpro, AroFlo, BigChange & ClockShark employees: While experience in the above areas will be highly considered, it's important to note it will be secondary to the person with the right determination, attitude and compatibility.
