The Job The Agile Delivery Manager project manages Engineering Squads to provide end to end delivery of engineering projects. The Agile Delivery Manager establishes the scope and schedule for engineering projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to requirements.
What You'll Do Establish scope and schedule for engineering projects. Align cross-functional teams (Engineering Squads) to the project schedule. Work cross-functionally to deliver projects on time and to requirements. Monitor projects to ensure that Engineering Squads deliver high quality projects and services to customers, focusing not only on the process but the results as well. Guide and coach Engineering Squads on how to use Agile practices and principles. Remove obstacles to project delivery. Have overall responsibility for the product delivery process and results and for ensuring that the delivery team adheres to the adopted Agile theory, practice and guidelines in accordance with Simpro Group guidelines. What You'll Bring 2+ years working within a similar role. Bachelor Degree in Technology, Computing or Business is advantageous but not a requirement. Advanced knowledge of project management processes, frameworks, and tools. High level of flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional Agile teams. Strong skills in managing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to mentor and coach team members and junior staff.
