As an Agile Coach, you will champion our lean agile principles, fostering high-performing teams capable of delivering high-velocity software.
As part of our Agile Coaching team delivering "agile as a service," you will play a pivotal role in enabling our leaders and teams to achieve exceptional outcomes. This position offers an exciting chance to join our Product Management and Engineering Division, where we strive to create seamless customer booking experiences while enhancing the overall viewing and searching process for the perfect deal.
Day to day: Demonstrate in-depth experience as an agnostic and pragmatic Agile Coach, driven by a passion for helping people.Apply your expertise in one or more agile-at-scale frameworks such as SAFe, LESS, DAD, etc. as well as agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.Coach and mentor multiple teams and leaders, guiding them in applying agile values, principles, and practices.Design strategies to facilitate the organisation-wide adoption of agile methodologies.Organise and facilitate various agile events as required.Develop and deliver agile training sessions as needed.Support product teams in establishing effective ways of working, including collaboration with software vendors/partners and promoting cohesion across teams.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to enhance their capabilities.Be the Jira guru in the area supporting transparency across teams.You'll be perfect for the role if you have: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in agile environments, either as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a proven track record of successfully introducing and embedding agile concepts.A recognised industry Agile Coaching Certification is desirable.Coaching and mentoring certification desirable.What you will enjoy: Culture: you will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry - Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is proud to be a certified Great Place To Work Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd.
