As an Agile Coach, you will champion our lean agile principles, fostering high-performing teams capable of delivering high-velocity software.

Day to day:Demonstrate in-depth experience as a Scrum Master or an Agile Coach, driven by a passion for helping peopleBe the Jira guru in the area supporting transparency across teamsApply your expertise in one or more agile-at-scale frameworks such as SAFe, LESS, DAD, etc as well as agile frameworks like Scrum and KanbanCoach and mentor multiple teams and leaders, guiding them in applying agile values, principles, and practicesOrganise and facilitate various agile events as requiredDevelop and deliver agile training sessions as neededSupport product teams in establishing effective ways of working, including collaboration with software vendors/partners and promoting cohesion across teamsFoster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to enhance their capabilitiesYou'll be perfect for the role if you have:Minimum of 5 years of experience working in agile environments, either as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a proven track record of successfully introducing and embedding agile conceptsCoaching and mentoring certification desirableExtensive experience with JiraWhat you will enjoy:Culture: You will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry - Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is proud to be a certified Great Place To Work Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd.Development: Individualised, ongoing Learning & Development via communities of practice.
