What role will you play?As an Agile delivery expert, you will partner with leaders and teams to coach, upskill and uplift their ways of working to continuously improve the delivery of value to their customers. You will collaborate with a team of coaches and connect expertise across the org, while supporting individuals in leadership roles of Product and Delivery.
What you offerDeep knowledge and experience of embedding the use of Agile mindset and practices, as well as OKRs. Adaptable and capable of teaching and coaching by tailoring the approach based on team's and organisational context.Excellent communicator, facilitator and influencer with a proven track record of enabling leaders to deliver change at scale.Comfortable engaging with and coaching individuals at all levels, from delivery teams to senior executives.Hands-on delivery background, as Product Manager/Owner or Agile Delivery lead roles.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
