Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Shopify Admin Assistant to support our growing business. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to handle multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and delivering a seamless experience for clients and team members.

About the Role Compensation: 540 AUD/month (paid twice a month) Schedule: Monday-Thursday AEDT (24hrs/week) Availability: Start ASAP Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Respond to emails and inquiries professionally and promptly. Manage inventory and pricing updates on the Shopify store. Organize and maintain digital files and records systematically. Calendar and Task Management Schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Assist in prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient time management. Use tools like Asana or Trello to track and manage project deadlines. Data Entry and Analysis Accurately input and maintain data in spreadsheets, CRMs, and databases. Generate reports and dashboards using Excel to support business operations. Client and Team Communication Handle client inquiries and provide prompt, clear, and helpful responses. Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders for effective collaboration. Problem-Solving and Initiative Identify challenges and propose solutions proactively. Adapt to changing priorities and workflows as needed. Research and Reporting Conduct market research and gather insights on competitors and industry trends. Prepare comprehensive reports based on research findings. Technical Proficiency Manage tools such as Shopify, Excel, and Word to execute tasks effectively. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and seek solutions as required. Confidentiality and Professionalism Handle sensitive business and personal information with discretion. Maintain a professional demeanor in all communications and interactions. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Excel, Word, and project management software. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Adaptability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
