About the position… As an Agency Manager participating in the Emerging Franchisee Program, your responsibility is to develop an allocated territory within a specific industry vertical, placing good people into good jobs.
Not only will you have your own dedicated coach, but you will also be supported by an experienced Head Office team. We will provide you with all the systems, tools, training and guidance you need to build a successful recruitment agency.
A typical day as a Franchisee in Training for Frontline will include: Identify & develop new business opportunities Conduct sales calls both phone and face to face Attend offsite client visits Participate in our professional development training program Source and interview suitable candidates for vacant positions Facilitate the recruitment process (360-degree consultant) Collaborate with other agencies in the Frontline network Our Ideal Person… If you are an experienced 360-degree recruitment consultant and would like the safety net of a full-time job as you work towards building your own business, then you're a great fit!
