$120k-$140k Inner Sth Global Liquor Client Join a fast-growing Indie agency led by Australia's best marketing, shopper, and public relations leaders.
As the successful Account Director or newly appointed Senior Account Director, you will drive various marketing, promotional & shopper marketing for a national client.

The Opportunity:
Manage and mentor a team of hard-working juniors (Account Executives) to roll out national campaigns for well-known consumer brands.
Be up to speed with agency processes.
Manage and forecast budgets, making informed decisions and meeting tight deadlines!
You:
Live in Melbourne, Australia.
Describe yourself as a marketing enthusiast who has an interest in activations.
Have 6-8+ years (recent) experience working within a marketing, promotions or events agency environment.
Excellent leadership skills!
Working knowledge of marketing disciplines.
Describe yourself as a strategic thinker.
Excellent decision-making & problem-solving skills and prompt responses to changing situations.
