MELB Digital Content AM (Beverage) $80k-$85k (JO-2412-2377) Location: Melbourne, Australia Sector: Marketing Salary: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per annum Content & Social Agency $80k-$85k Beverage Client Can we pay you to work within the digital + creative arm of Australia's leading publishing company? This newly established, creative agency has the backing of a successful 25+ year company and now seeks a well-rounded Digital Content Manager with solid client relationship management experience to join their rapidly expanding agency! If you have proven expertise in creating high-quality written, visual, and video content – we want you! The Opportunity: Support and work closely with the GM & Editor Account and client relationship management Manage monthly content plan and production schedule, covering e DMs, SEO-optimised articles, commercial content, and video Develop content strategy across web, social, and video to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and reach new audiences.
Host client meetings, manage key stakeholder relationships, approve, review and report on new marketing data Advocate for your clients and customers and ensure content marketing objectives are met Regularly audit the client's website to identify gaps and work with the Editor to address them Collaborate across departments to align content with broader marketing and sponsorship goals Coordinate with the commercial team to devise and execute innovative campaigns for partners Deliver exceptional client services, digital marketing and content marketing for your clients Deliver presentations to your clients and present confidently (via Power Point & Keynote decks) Deliver project management across small to large-size assignments, on time and on budget You: Live in Melbourne, Australia and have full working rights Sponsorship is not available 4 years of client management experience, preferably within a creative, marketing or advertising agency environment You thrive on collaborating across teams, whether to conceptualise creative campaigns, optimise SEO performance, or deliver compelling commercial content for partners Passionate about digital platforms and social media, you're driven to push the boundaries of content creation and are excited by opportunities to experiment with fresh ideas You have good business sense and a solid grasp of finance, budgeting and operations Have an excellent understanding of the Australian media landscape A degree in Marketing or Advertising is ideal Describe yourself as a confident, forward-thinking leader Are curious, eager to learn and want to stay ahead of the game! Have a good understanding of social media and content experience within an agency environment Have a good understanding of Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Brandwatch and Facebook Business Manager platforms Have a positive and approachable way of working and the ability to inspire those around you #J-18808-Ljbffr
