Our client is a successful commercial property agency.They manage an ever-expanding portfolio and have team of hardworking, energetic and highly impressive property professionals.They are now seeking an energetic Team Assistant, to join their busy and high performing Commercial Leasing team.Supporting a team of successful Leasing Agents, the role will handle a multitude of tasks and will benefit working with a professional and friendly team.Tasks will include: Diary management & travel management.File management & Filling Prepare and produce submissions for properties Contracts administration Offer & Acceptance and commercial lease contracts Facilitating and coordinating meetings, presentations, travel and conferences Client and third-party liaison Credit card reconciliation Monthly reporting  Running general errands – dry cleaning/coffees General administration Planning and coordination of events The role requires someone that is switched on and capable of high output and has a pre-emptive mindset.Culture and fit are everything for this company, they are looking for someone personable and driven to join their highly professional team.Ideally you will have experience in a fast paced sales environment and an interest in commercial property     If this sounds like you and you fit the above criteria, please apply to this advert, or send your CV to  Chloe Thomas  on  0452 345 478  for a confidential discussion.
