The Opportunity: We are looking for an Administration Assistant to provide efficient administrative support to the Volunteer Team, including In Great Company and Feros Care Volunteering, to deliver superior customer service and relationship management.
The Role: Provide general administration and support to the Volunteer team on a range of operational matters.
Support the onboarding and discharge of new volunteers, including creating ID badges, system administration, documentation, and record keeping.
Manage the Volunteer email inbox to ensure timely and accurate responses, escalating inquiries as required.
Undertake background and compliance checks under the guidance of the Program Lead.
Maintain databases and volunteer personnel files, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Update online HR information systems.
Maintain a high level of customer service with all stakeholders.
About You: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in developing professional correspondence.
Demonstrated proficiency in processing high-volume documentation.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills.
Demonstrated resilience when under pressure and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Superior organisational skills with a high degree of drive, initiative, outcome orientation and confidentiality.
Friendly and cheerful demeanour and strong ethos towards collaborative teamwork.
The Benefits: $29.35 per hour, plus 11% super.
