About the Role: As a Carer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive resident experience. You'll provide care, companionship, and emotional support to residents to help support their independence and improve their quality of life and enhance their psychological, spiritual, social, and physical well-being.
Working collaboratively with our nursing team, the role is responsible for providing high-quality personal care to our residents, based on their individual needs. This includes assisting them with daily life tasks, personalised care plans, general mobility, delivering safe & high-quality care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards, completing thorough documentation, and fostering a collaborative team approach.
