Aged Care Worker - Caboolture & Surrounding areas Mature aged care workers are encouraged to apply! Do you live in the Caboolture area? Do you have your Certificate 3 in Individual Support or Aged Care? (or similar) We're looking for compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Carers to join our growing team! You'll be caring for our clients in their own homes around Caboolture and the surrounding areas, so you'll need a driver's license and reliable car with comprehensive insurance. This is a casual position and there's a mixture of shifts available for the right person. Right at Home Moreton Bay Region is a leading approved provider of quality in-home care, with a strong reputation for trust, reliability, and quality in the Aged Care community care sector. We provide personal care, domestic support, companionship and social support, post-operative care and disability support. Our mission is 'to improve the quality of life for those we serve'. Our priority is to help our valued clients live empowered lives, independently at home while improving their social lives and making them feel like they belong. Duties will include (but not limited to): Domestic assistance - vacuuming, mopping, laundry, cleaning bathrooms, light gardening, changing beds Meal preparation Transport clients to appointments, shopping or other social activities Develop a plan along with the client to improve their lives and follow it daily Observe, care and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client Responding to emergency situations

We understand the challenges with today's cost of living and offer a competitive pay rate of $38.53 (casual weekday rate) plus 11.5% superannuation. What you need or be willing to obtain:

Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent - Required Working Rights in Australia Australian Criminal History Check - issued within 3 years NDIS Workers Screening Card (paid) Blue Card (paid) Drivers licence & reliable car with comprehensive insurance First Aid & CPR Certificate (1st Aid issued within 3 yrs, CPR issued within 1 yr) NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
