As a Grade 2 Aged Care Support Worker, you'll play an essential role in helping elderly clients maintain their independence and well-being, often serving as the highlight of their week.
What You'll Do: Assist clients with domestic tasks, social support, and transportation, ensuring their individual needs and preferences are respected.
Be a reliable, compassionate companion and support system for clients within their own homes.
Work independently, managing your schedule within the community, while being supported by a caring and skilled team.
Monitor clients' safety and well-being, reporting any concerns to the Coordinator or Admin team.
About You: Experience in aged care (either through formal employment or personal caregiving) is preferred.
Interested in aged care-focused domestic work.
Comfortable using an iPad for documentation and communication.
You bring a warm, open attitude that builds trust with clients.
Essential Requirements : Australian Driver's License, Car Registration, Comprehensive car insurance.
First Aid & CPR Certification.
Willing to undertake and pass a Police Check.
