Position: Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Quirky Support Services is currently seeking a positive and passionate Scheduling & Administration Officer.
We welcome applicants who are enthusiastic about supporting administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, being the first point of contact, and ensuring smooth office operations.
A seasoned all-rounder with a "can do" positive attitude, willing to assist the Manager and Support Staff when necessary.

This is what we need from you:
A fun, positive, proactive attitude towards helping and empowering others to reach their goals and aspirations.
Prior experience in scheduling and administration.
Experience in the NDIS sector is highly desirable.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, participants, and other stakeholders.
Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Ability to manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and environments, with the ability to learn new systems and processes.
Ensuring the protection of sensitive information and maintaining high ethical standards in all tasks.
Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and specialised tools like scheduling or care management software (Brevity Care Software or Shift Care).
Blue Card & NDIS Worker Clearance.
Prior NDIS or aged care industry experience is preferred.
