The Role: We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Manager to lead our wonderful facility located in the town of Harden, NSW. This role involves effective operational management and leadership, ensuring high-quality care and services for our residents in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your responsibilities will include care governance, financial management, human resource management, sales and marketing, environmental services, and general administration. Understanding the residential aged care environment and standards, along with having a high level of empathy and compassion for our residents, is essential.
What you will do: Engage residents and help them live their best lives Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding resident experiences Manage the budget and use resources wisely Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care Manage the residential service in compliance with policies, procedures, and Aged Care Quality Standards Deliver strong financial sustainability Who are you and what will you bring: 5 years of experience in a management role within the aged care sector Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration (desirable) People management and leadership experience Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or management (highly desirable) NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Come experience the charm, history, and warmth of Harden—it's more than a place; it's an invitation to create your own remarkable story!
