Salary per hour: $35.78 to $39.57 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025
In this key administrative role, you will be the professional point of contact for the residents and families of our Aged Care Centres. The key functions of the position include:
Responding to enquiries from consumers/public in relation to our residential homes Liaising with residents, families and other related stakeholders in relation to financial/statistical information of current or potential clients Meeting with potential residents and their families to discuss accommodation/financial information/tours etc. Ensuring all admission and discharge information is maintained Management of resident files/records and general reporting requirements Supporting and coordinating the Residential Aged Care Centres Ward Clerks About You: Prior experience in Residential Aged Care or a related field Demonstrated experience in providing high level customer service to internal and external customers Strong IT skills and competent using the Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team Cert IV or higher in Business/Administration (desirable) Please refer to the relevant attached position description and address the key selection criteria on your cover letter when applying.
