Position Details: Location: Tweed Heads, NSW Role Type: Permanent, Part-Time About the Role: As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will work under the guidance of our Clinical Nurse Coordinator and Clinical Manager to provide daily care and support to our residents.
Your role will be essential in assisting with personal care, ensuring residents' comfort, and supporting their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities: Provide daily personal care, including assistance with mobility, hygiene, and nutrition.
Support the clinical team with documentation and report changes in residents' conditions.
Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for our residents.
Promote residents' independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of care.
Requirements: Full Australian working rights.
Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Aged Care).
A caring and patient demeanor with a genuine passion for aged care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate compassionately with residents and families.
