No experience is welcome, with the opportunity to complete a Cert 3 in Individual Support.
The successful applicant will have or be willing and able to obtain: Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain Current NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude Competent using technology - Smartphone and Apps Availability to attend mandatory, paid training programs The successful applicant must: Show initiative and compassion for the wider community Exhibit problem-solving abilities and follow policies and procedures at all times Demonstrate an understanding of incident reporting, quality documentation, complaints handling, and restrictive practices Be willing to work closely with families, advocates, professionals, volunteers, and therapy staff Possess a Queensland Driver's Licence Be available and understanding of the Agency's 24/7 service delivery, which may include evenings, nights, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays Incentives - we have lots!
