To succeed in the role the Intake& Administration Support Officerwill need to havehigh level organisation skills, ability to plan and schedule time efficiently, an ability to completea range of administrativetasks andhave very good IT skills.
The Intake & Administration Support Officerwill workas a member of theRAHTwith a multi-faceted role to provide a high standard of administrative assistance to the team.
The role is pivotal in assisting the RAHT to provide a responsive service ensuring all administrative requirements are processed in an efficient and timely manner.
Our ideal candidate will have
A certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (Desirable but not mandatory) Experience working in an administrationrole, preferablyin a health service(Desireable but not mandatory) Demonstratedability to work in a customer focused service environment with skills andexperience in the delivery of timely, accurate and respectful customer interactions.
A high level of initiative, self-motivation, organisational and time management skills,an ability to prioritise tasks, and to use time effectively to meet deadlines If qualifications are a requirement for this position, please attach a copy in support of your application.
