About the role
Move Mobility is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Retail Specialist to join our team in Bundaberg.
As a full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with Clinicians & Healthcare professionals in our premier retail store.
What you'll be doing
Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all customers, ensuring they have a positive experience Assisting customers with product selection, demonstrating features, and answering queries Conducting Assistive Technology equipment trials with clinicians.
Maintaining excellent product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new product releases Ensuring the retail space is well-presented, organised and stocked at all times Contributing to team objectives and participating in store meetings and training sessions What we're looking for
Proven experience in a customer-facing retail role, with a passion for providing exceptional service Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base The drive to continually learn about new products and services Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and alone contributing to the overall success of the store Previous experience in the Health/Aged Care sectors will be highly regarded About us
