Our small team of OTs take pride in providing prompt and compassionate in-home OT assessment and intervention services to Home Care Package clients across metropolitan Adelaide.

Who We're Looking For! We're on the hunt for a passionate OT with experience in community aged care.
The successful candidate will ideally be located in Adelaide's North or North Eastern suburbs and be willing to support Home Care Package clients across the North and North Eastern suburbs on a contract, permanent part-time or permanent full-time basis.
Hours are negotiable subject to the successful applicant's availability and location.
This role also provides the opportunity for the successful applicant to complete regional outreach days, if of interest.

Role remuneration is $90,000 FTE + car allowance + phone + laptop.
If you are interested in applying as a contractor, you will have the ability to accept and decline referrals as suits you and your lifestyle. The hourly rate for contractors is $90.
What You'll Be Doing Scheduling appointments following receipt of new referrals. Conducting in-home assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities in order to develop tailored recommendations to improve clients' functional abilities and independence. Evaluating home environments for safety hazards and making recommendations to enhance clients' safety and independence. Providing education to clients and their families regarding adaptive strategies and assistive devices and empowering clients to participate actively in their own care. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of assessments and interventions. Providing comprehensive assessment reports together with corresponding equipment and home modification quotes following completion of assessments. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Current AHPRA registration. Valid Criminal History Check. Senior first aid and CPR. Own vehicle and valid driver's licence.
