About the role
We2Care is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (Home Care Packages) to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, QLD.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of our highly regarded home care packages to our valued clients across the region.
What you'll be doing
Manage the day-to-day operations of our home care package service, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of high-quality care to clients.
Oversee the roster and scheduling of our care workers, allocating tasks and coordinating their activities to meet client needs.
Monitor and report on service delivery targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimise performance.
Liaise with clients, their families and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure exceptional customer service.
Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of our home care package offerings.
Lead, mentor and develop our team of dedicated care workers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, policies and procedures.
What we're looking for
Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar service delivery management role within the aged care or disability support sector.
Strong understanding of the home care package framework and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team of care workers.
Relevant tertiary qualification in a health or social services discipline (e.g.
nursing, social work, allied health).
