Job Description : Administrative Assistant – O'Shea ManagementPosition Overview :We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Aged Care management team.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while contributing to the delivery of high-quality services for our clients.Key Responsibilities :Providing direct administrative support to team members.Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from clients, families, and stakeholders.Ensure accurate data entry and maintain an organized filing system for compliance purposes.Order and maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized.Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.About you :Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.Detail-oriented.This is a part-time position based in our Miranda office.
Preferably, candidates will be able to commit to 3 days between Tuesday-Friday.
