Responsibilities Provide relief for the administration officer in the Administration Office and Medical Centre whilst staff are on leave and training. Provide administrative support to the Manager People and Culture and People and Culture Team. Assist the scheduling officers for both the residential facility and community services in preparation of rosters. Assist with other administrative duties within the administrative office, medical centre, and community services. Willing to be trained in managing rosters and scheduling relief staff. Provide assistance in preparing position descriptions, job advertisements, onboarding, creation of personnel files, and scheduling interviews. Assist in preparing documentation and other reports for Killarney Memorial. Able to extract data and generate reports. Skills and Experience Minimum of 12 months experience working in an office environment. Certificate III or IV in Office Administration, Business Administration, or similar. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Current Driver's licence. Advanced with Microsoft Office, 365, and willing to learn other software packages.
