Aged Care Registered Nurse

2xm Healthcare is currently seeking Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses who want to work in a supportive and not-for-profit provider for permanent Full-time or Part-time positions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate completion of all documentation required for ACFI submission is completed in a timely manner in consultation with the ACFI Coordinator.Ensure that the care plans of patients are accurate and reflect any changes required based on the patients changing conditionEnsure that all care plans are in line with all accreditation standards and legislative requirementsWork collaboratively with another multi-disciplinary team memberGood understanding of Aged Care Quality StandardsAdhering to all legislation that governs quality standards, professional clinical registration requirements and standards of practice, including mandatory reporting responsibilities
About you

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
Current AHPRA registrationExcellent communication and people skillsPrevious experience working within an aged care settingStrong written and verbal communication skills
