As a Registered Nurse, you inspire others while coordinating the provisions of daily care needs to residents.
You will take pride in delivering an exceptional service, with a focus on person-centred care.
This role will engage your leadership skills as you work closely with the clinical care team to promote high-quality care principles.You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments, engaging in nursing practices that enhance the dignity and integrity of residents' independence, and managing medications.
You will liaise with doctors, allied health professionals, and family members in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual resident care.To be successful in the role, the suitable applicant will be/have:

Qualified Registered Nurse with AHPRA Minimum of 2 Years Aged Care Experience Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise workload Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Experience providing clinical patient-centred care Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards Understanding of the Aged Care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration Knowledge and experience with ACFI Excellent computer and documentation skills Empathy and an emphasis on treating others with dignity and respect
