WHAT IS THE ROLE As Aged Care/Pharmacy Customer Relationship Manager at Webstercare, you will have the opportunity to diversify your background as a Community Pharmacist and apply your previous Residential Aged Care and/or Pharmacy Medication Management experience in a more unique way. This is a specialised role offering the opportunity to make a satisfying and valuable difference to our customers' professional experiences.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Leichhardt NSW, and your primary responsibility will be to help enhance and support the way our customer organisations approach Medication Management. As a key member of our Professional Services Team, you will engage with senior stakeholders within both Residential Aged Care and Pharmacy to understand specific client needs in order to offer tailored solutions.
Building meaningful working relationships between Webstercare and the respective Pharmacy and Aged Care Providers will be key to exploring adoption of electronic medication management systems and gold standard Webster-pak medication systems.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING Ongoing support of existing Webstercare customers, both remotely and on-site Approaching customers not yet using the Webstercare range Building authentic working relationships with industry stakeholders Attending conferences and trade fairs as a Webstercare representative Coordinating activities to onboard existing and new customers with new Webstercare systems, including providing quotations and completing the sales process Working as a valued member of the Professional Services Team WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE A passion for helping to make a difference within the Residential Aged Care and Pharmacy domains A degree as a Pharmacist is essential Excellent working knowledge of the Residential Aged Care and Community Pharmacy services Enjoy building relationships Ability to travel within Australia Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work autonomously and be a self-driver Complete Police check as required BENEFITS/ CULTURE We value our people and provide remuneration according to experience and suitability.
