This full-time role primarily involves working Monday to Friday, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities: Provide a supportive approach to residents, respecting their independence and care choices. Office role but on the floor duties when required. Lead assessment and care planning in partnership with residents. Maintain effective communication with residents and their support networks. Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and contribute to the AN-ACC model. Demonstrate leadership skills and mentor team members. Adapt to changes and prioritize tasks efficiently. Commit to quality continuous improvement and ongoing professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor of Nursing AHPRA Registered Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain Immunization History Statement with COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses + booster) Valid Australian Work Entitlements Ready to Apply?
