Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to elderly residentsDevelop, implement, and review care plans, ensuring individual needs are metAdminister medications, treatments, and manage complex clinical casesMonitor residents' health, respond to changes in condition, and escalate care when necessaryWork collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionalsProvide support and leadership to junior staff and care teamsFor Management Roles:
Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high standards of care and regulatory complianceMentor and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team cultureOversee operational responsibilities including staffing, budgeting, and resident care qualityCollaborate with senior management to drive continuous improvement and resident satisfactionEnsure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe, supportive work environment for both residents and staffWhat We're Looking For: Registered Nurses (RNs) or Enrolled Nurses (ENs) with AHPRA registrationFor management roles, proven experience in leadership within aged care settingsA genuine passion for aged care, with a focus on improving the lives of elderly residentsStrong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and within a teamFor management positions, demonstrated experience in people management, service delivery, and regulatory complianceExcellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work across a variety of shifts (days, nights, weekends)What Opportunities Are Available?
