Further Details $45.00 - $55.00 per hour + superannuationPermanent full time positionSubsidised accommodation at only $100.00 per week!One free meal each shift!$2000 for annual airfare allowance after a year!Relocation assistance available, up to $4000.00!Salary sacrifice up to $15,900.00!Starting November 2024A supportive and inclusive work environment that values teamwork and professional growthOpportunities for ongoing professional development and trainingBased in the East Kimberley Region of Western Australia, with plenty to do and see on your time off...Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and direct comprehensive nursing care to aged care residents, ensuring their well-being and dignity.Work closely with the Clinical Care Coordinator and Management teams to ensure care provided meets industry standards and adheres to Australian healthcare legislation.Maintain all clinical processes including admissions, care planning, referrals, and following up on doctors' and allied health services' recommendations.Participate in continuous improvement activities, audits, and surveys to uphold quality management systems.Selection CriteriaCurrent unrestricted registration with AHPRANational Crime Check within the past 12 monthsCurrent Working with Children's CheckCurrent First Aid/Basic Life Support certificateExperience working with Aboriginal communities or in culturally sensitive settingsMust have full working rights for Australia (i.e. Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia/New Zealand, or a current, valid visa with no restrictions).If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to elderly residents and are committed to maintaining the highest standards in nursing practice, we would love to hear from you.
