Respect also has home care services in multiple states, and more than 700 units in different retirement villages and independent living communities.The Position:The Facility Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational, personnel and associated matters across the home.
The role will ensure that all professional care and ancillary support services are delivered in accordance with Respect's values, policies and procedures; and to ensure that the home is managed and maintained within the approved budget, accreditation standards, compliance and reporting requirements.
