With steady growth in the sector, we are now seeking an Aged Care & Disability Quality Services Manager to oversee, lead and build all aspects of our Aged Care & Disability services.
The Aged Care & Disability Quality Services Manager will manage the transition to Support at Home Program.
The Aged Care & Disability Quality Services Manager will manage teams that deliver services across the Tableland area.
The role will be based at our head office in Kuranda.
Key areas include: Oversight of operational and financial performance across community care and knowledge of Aged Care & Disability programsDriving business growth opportunitiesEnsuring compliance standards and statutory obligations are metDrive innovation always focusing on continuous improvementProviding leadership whilst empowering your team to provide quality careWe are looking for an experienced and confident Aged Care & Disability Quality Services Manager with a proven track record when it comes to management and business development.
Other key criteria are:
Demonstrated experience with successful operations in community aged care sectorStrong business/commercial acumen - Ability to monitor and report on financial and operational objectivesAbility to coach, mentor and manage teamsStrategic thinkingA consumer-focused approachExcellent communication skills - ability to build relationships and team capacityQuality & Continuous Improvement focused approachMandatory Qualifications: Bachelor of Nursing or relevant health qualification with current AHPRA registration.Open C Class Manual Drivers Licence with current Drivers AuthorisationNational Police Check and Working with Children 'Blue Card'NDIS worker screenCurrent First Aid and CPRA career with Ngoonbi Community Services Indigenous Corporation will offer a rewarding experience to make a difference to the lives of older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and the wider community in need.
