ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Aged Care Coordinator - CHSP, your role is to manage the service for new Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) clients. You will provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and stakeholders, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. You will assist with the intake of clients and scheduling of services and take on a leadership role to a team of Home Care Assistants to deliver quality Home Care services. This will include providing guidance, mentoring, and training for staff, providing learning opportunities and development, and supporting staff to deliver quality care that promotes client choice and independence.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You will be passionate about providing high quality services to our clients, have fantastic coordination skills and ideally experience within the CHSP program. You will have the ability to communicate effectively and foster a great team environment. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

Cert IV in relevant industry qual and/or significant industry experience. Current unencumbered Driver's Licence Current first aid and CPR Satisfactory Criminal Record Check. Capacity to interpret and work within relevant program guidelines and to monitor service provision within a given budget. Ability to mentor, share knowledge and information with less experienced team members. Ability to manage a complex workload by way of planning and organisation of priorities.
