About the Role Ensure the delivery of comprehensive, team based, person-centred careLead by example as you cultivate and nurture a culture of team-work and positivityProvide clinical leadership to ensure delivery of the best care possibleWork in accordance with the organisation's values and best practiceAbout You A current, unrestricted, AHPRA registrationAn experienced clinical manager or highly experienced aged care nurse (minimum of 4 years' aged care experience)A passion and commitment to working in aged care with a sound understanding of the sector.A team player that can oversee multiple teams (Carers, EN's, RN's) at once.Good organisational, written and verbal communication skillsWhat's in it for You?
