About the Role: You will provide individual support to people with disabilities and/or psycho-social needs, enabling them to undertake all aspects of daily living. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering care to our clients across hospitals and aged care facilities in the Brisbane metro and surrounding areas. What you need: Cert III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent At least 6 months' previous work experience providing community support Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle NDIS Worker screening check (or willing to obtain) First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain) Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain) Flu Vaccination Full Covid Vaccination proof Be highly organized, flexible, and reliable Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
