About Central Gippsland Health
Central Gippsland Health (CGH) is a sub-regional health service and the major provider of health and aged care services in the Wellington Shire.
CGH is located in the City of Sale, which is 215 km east of Melbourne.
The City of Sale is an ideal access point for the magnificent Gippsland Lakes, 90 Mile Beach, and the Victorian Alps.

CGH provides acute care as part of an integrated service delivery model across Wellington Shire and beyond.
The service provides beds across three campuses (Sale, Maffra, and Heyfield).
Acute services include a full-time emergency department, critical care unit, neonatal critical care unit, three operating theatres, day procedure unit, oncology, and dialysis services in addition to general medical services and sub-acute services including rehabilitation.

CGH is also a leading teaching hospital, affiliated with Monash University's School of Rural Health and provides placements and clinical experience for students.

About Department
Central Gippsland Health (CGH) Aged Care Services provides comprehensive and compassionate care for older adults across the Gippsland region, specifically in the communities of Maffra, Sale, and Heyfield.
Our services include four residential aged care homes where residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive environment.
In addition to residential care, CGH offers a Home Care Package Program to help individuals maintain independence at home, and a Short-Term Restorative Care Program designed to enhance health and well-being following illness or injury, as well as a Transitional Care Program to support smoother transitions from hospital to home.

About the Role
The Aged Care Administration Team Leader is accountable and responsible for the effective leadership and management of the CGH Aged Care administration services.
As part of the Aged Care Leadership Team, the position leads the Administration Excellence in Service program across the five aged care services, including Residential Aged Care and Home Care Packages.

Duties
Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes, and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly, and accessible.
Develop, implement, and monitor office systems, procedures, and methods, adapting processes and techniques as required, to facilitate efficient team/unit operations in line with agency standards, policies, and procedures.
Gather and collate information for, and prepare documentation and reports on business unit performance, as well as make recommendations to improve efficiency, cost management, and service delivery.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Experience working in the Health and/or Aged care environment.
Minimum Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or equivalent Administration experience.
Advanced computer skills including Office 365.
