IUA is experiencing strong growth within the marketplace and require a dynamic, innovative Aftersales Operations Manager to support business growth in the Aftersales Planning & Operations Department in our Brisbane Head Office.
Reporting to the General Manager – Aftersales Planning & Operations, this role is responsible for supporting IUA's aftersales objectives, enhancing customer satisfaction, boosting customer retention, and increasing profitability within the Service and Parts areas, including IUA Genuine Accessories.
The Aftersales Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager and Regional Aftersales Managers (RAMs) to ensure exceptional support for the Dealer network, fostering continuous improvement and compliance with IUA standards.

You should have a solid background in aftersales operations, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to meet performance goals.
About the role As an Aftersales Operations Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Provide day-to-day support to the General Manager – Aftersales Planning & Operations, leading initiatives to drive continuous improvement within IUA and the Dealer network.Coordinate and support the team of Regional Aftersales Managers, assisting with the development and execution of performance-enhancing action plans.Monitor Dealer Service and Parts performance, identify improvement opportunities, and assist RAM's in applying the PDCA cycle to implement changes.In RAM absences, provide support to regional Dealer groups.Direct support of the three Independent Authorised Service Facilities (IASFs) located in central Queensland including periodic site visits.Champion continuous improvement within the department, standardising best practices.Contribute to innovative solutions that enhance departmental activities.Skill & Expertise: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Proven experience in relevant aftersales dealer roles or dealer network support within the automotive sector.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care and improvement initiatives.Knowledge of best practices in franchise development and continuous improvement.What we offer IUA employees are diversely supported as we recognise that our people are the core to the success of our business.
