We are looking for a Manager Order Desk Aftermarket to join our expanding team! About The Role Develop, implement, and execute effective sales plans that are aligned to strategic objectives;Sell Koch OEM, and agency line spares and supplies products in order to achieve and exceed established sale and gross profitability targets;Management of brands that are not currently exclusively managed through a dedicated resource;Generate leads to strengthen market share and secure sales;Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and economic patterns/factors that will impact on the sale of spares and supplies;Stay informed of factors impacting client fulfillment and job performance after sales process is complete;Use CRM to support the sales process and targets, ensuring effective data entry, sales pipeline management and reporting;Identify opportunities for cross/up selling of other Koch equipment and/or services and work with other Koch sales and technical personnel to secure/close;Assist in defining sales growth strategies, and execute, mentoring and guiding junior sales professionals in order to achieve division, team and individual targets;Report to Head of Services in the development of strategy and plans for the growth of Aftermarket sales.About You High level communication and interpersonal skills – ability to adapt approach to suit different client stakeholders;Demonstrated ability to pro-actively source, secure and close valuable opportunities for sales of mechanical spare parts and supplies;Demonstrated and measurable success in the sales and/or business development of aftermarket parts and agency lines;Demonstrated 'hands-on' approach and working style;Excellent communication and presentation abilities;Broad commercial and financial acumen;Skilled negotiator;Previous experience in a senior sales management role, preferably concerned with the sales and/or marketing of spares/supplies within a similar OEM and/or industry; #J-18808-Ljbffr
