As a business, we are in an exciting growth phase and will be looking to add a Regional Customer Support Sales Manager to the team in our Ballarat Head Office location.
About The Opportunity:
This position is responsible for managing and mentoring Customer Support Advisors (CSA's) to meet annual sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction in the region. You will play a pivotal part in promoting Brandt's product support solutions, empowering your team to make a real impact in meeting our customers' needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop annual business plans to achieve sales and margin growth. Educate CSA's on promoting Brandt's product support initiatives. Manage CSA processes, including call reporting and target setting. Assist CSAs with key customer calls and accounts. Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly. Analyze regional coverage and engage with larger accounts to promote offerings. Provide insights on industry trends and identify growth opportunities. Gather market intelligence on competition and customer trends. Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for improvement. Identify new product opportunities and collaborate internally. About You:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving success at both the corporate and individual levels, combined with strong sales management experience in the heavy equipment industry. You will excel at identifying opportunities, inspiring others, and building lasting customer relationships.
Proven experience in sales management, adept at driving the sales process from start to finish. Strong expertise in the heavy equipment industry, particularly in repair and maintenance. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects under time pressure. Creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with a competitive drive. Strong collaboration skills to influence and motivate others. Willingness to travel as needed. What's in it for You?
