With 2400 employees across QLD, NSW and VIC, we are focused on growing and developing a career path for all our people.We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Aftermarket Sales Consultant to join an already established team on the Gold Coast.What the role entails:Connecting with customers and welcoming them to the dealership, supporting enquiries and delivering an exceptional customer experience while highlighting the value of protecting their new vehicle.Generating income for the Dealership from the sale of aftermarket products, paint protection, and associated products.Maximising every sales opportunity through collaboration with the greater team and balancing customer experience with profit goals.Providing relevant sales forecast data to maintain an adequate stock of aftermarket products.Maintaining immaculate presentation of the reception and customer lounge areas.What we are looking for:A communication style that is entertaining, focused, or bubbly, delivering a genuine and personalised customer experience. You understand people and know how to connect.A devotion to your career with a grounded approach to a healthy work-life balance, knowing how to make the most out of every day. The automotive lifestyle is a 5-day week including Saturdays and a rotating weekly RDO.Strong interpersonal skills to support collaboration across the group, working with peers to promote Frizelle Sunshine as a dealer of choice and ensuring a first-class customer buying journey.Empowerment to become a mover and shaker in car care sales, learning from the best in the industry, negotiating the best deals, and understanding every customer has potential.
