WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Lead and manage the clinical services team to provide excellent patient/client care within the service/unit/facility in order to maximise the health outcomes for the community.
THE REQUIREMENTS Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Recent management experience with experience in leading staff and managing services in the relevant setting, supported by a relevant tertiary management qualification and/or work experience. Demonstrated experience in managing key priorities and delivering successful strategies to deliver service outcomes and KPI's within tightly defined resources.
