Our Teleradiology division was created in 2023 to strengthen the support we provide to our referrers and patients, and we are excited to be recruiting for several Administration Officers to join the casual team. Afterhours Administration Officer, Teleradiology Casual Positions This is a busy concierge role seeing you juggle calls and managing workflows on multiple systems, so you need to be tech savvy and able to adjust to working on several different hospital systems. You are organised and comfortable prioritising, reprioritising, and escalating based on urgency.
You will need to anticipate and proactively meet the professional needs of the Radiologist team: you come with a positive and flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure.
As the Afterhours Administration Officer you will:
Provide a range of administrative support services to the broader Radiologist team. Coordinate internal and external calls for Radiologists. Manage and monitor work priorities and workflows to ensure delivery of efficient and effective patient focused services. We are seeking After-Hours Administration Officers to join our casual team. This role offers flexible hours, with shifts available Monday to Friday 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Proven customer service and administration experience where you have had to provide high quality support to a range of stakeholders. Organised and planned in your approach to enable you to stay on top of tasks. Efficient and clear communicator able to work well with others and build strong relationships quickly. Healthcare experience would be highly advantageous! Above all you are trustworthy, diligent, self-motivated, and driven by providing outstanding service.
