After Sales Account Manager

The Opportunity:Komatsu ANZ has over 3300 employees locally with over 60,000 employees around the world and is renowned for their top-quality machinery supplied into the mining, construction, earth moving, and material handling industries.This permanent full-time role will be managing a large and stable client base as their key point of contact for all after-sales support. You will be responsible for managing a machine's entire lifecycle from the time it is sold to the remanufacturing process.This position will manage these accounts with their servicing, parts, and aftermarket requirements across all of Komatsu's product line. The central office location for this position is in Mudgee; however, the successful candidate will need to travel around the Central West to visit key customer sites.Your responsibilities will include:Providing out-of-the-box solutions to customers to better embed Komatsu into key accounts.Looking for ways to upsell and cross-sell parts and products into existing customers.Providing excellent customer service with proactive communication.Conducting professional and effective meetings with customers to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.Compiling quotations and weekly reports while ensuring all opportunities and information are accurately documented.Achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets whilst also delivering a customer-centric approach with high morals and ethics.Role Located: TomagoKomatsu benefits:Families Policy: 16 weeks of paid primary carer parental leave, 4 weeks of secondary carer leave, plus many more family-friendly benefits.Financial: Income Protection Insurance provided through our company superannuation fund.Career: Recognition, awards, flexibility, further education studies, and internal career development.Health: Corporate discount with Bupa, Total Wellbeing Solution with Telus Health.Travel: Discounts with Avis, Qantas, Crown, IHG, and travel agents.Yearly Bonus: Potential to receive a yearly bonus.Referral Program: $3000 referral payment for referring a successful new employee to Komatsu.What we are looking for:3+ years of experience in an Account Manager or Sales Representative position or similar within Machinery, Planet Equipment, or Mechanical-based industries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.Strong negotiation and closing skills.A self-motivated individual with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency within MS Office suite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
